Fishing gear

If you choose to utilize your own gear, please bring only the gear required for the type of fishing you plan to do. As an example, if you are going to fish for stripers, a boat pole may not be appropriate, unless you are trolling. If you are fishing for cod, a spinning rod should not be your first choice of gear. Any gear you elect to bring aboard Bigger 'n Better is soley your responsibility.

Bigger 'n Better offers the use of top quality level wind reels and appropriate rods to guests at no charge. There is a nominal deposit required for the use of a jig. Guests are responsible for the loss of rods, reels and jigs. Anglers ourselves, we expect to lose hooks, rigs and weights, but, not rods and reels.
